assistance
Patients and families can request assistance through their respective hospice agencies. Social workers will provide the information and forms necessary to request service from Clyde’s Hope. Our organization accepts requests from patients and families for anything of legitimate need, such as food, clothing, funds for utilities, transportation, and wheel chair ramps. Assistance is provided strictly through fundraising and donations; there is no cost to patients or their families.
If you are a service provider and know of others who would be interested in participating in this program, please ask them to contact Clyde’s Hope for details.

hospice need to know
Hospice is not about death. Hospice is about making the best of the life that is left. Consider bringing a blessing into your own life by being a part of the final days of someone else’s life. Being able to provide for them what they cannot provide for themselves. This should be an honor as well as a blessing. If you or your family member has been touched by hospice, you will appreciate the goals of Clyde’s Hope.
