Clyde’s Hope provides basic hospice information to patients who have been referred to hospice as well as their families and friends. It is important that patients and family members know their rights to and advantages of hospice, and it is equally important that health care providers understand their responsibilities. At Clyde’s Hope, it is our goal to educate everyone who is affected by hospice either directly or indirectly.

Hospice is not about death. Hospice is about making the best of the life that is left. Consider bringing a blessing into your own life by being a part of the final days of someone else’s life. Being able to provide for them what they cannot provide for themselves. This should be an honor as well as a blessing. If you or your family member has been touched by hospice, you will appreciate the goals of Clyde’s Hope.
