Event Sponsor
Event Sponsor cost:
- $125
Number of Event Sponsor spots available:
- Limited to 15 Event Sponsors, available first come, first served based on when registration and payment is received.
What we require from you:
- Complete the sponsor registration and make payment of $125 by
April 6, 2009. - A hi-resolution copy of your logo in one of the following formats: EPS, AI, PS, or other compatible hi-res image file. We will NOT accept JPG, GIF, or other low-resolution image files. If you do not have a hi-resolution file as requested, but can provide one of the other file formats, there will be a $30 charge to convert your logo. You will receive a copy for your files and future use.
- Sponsors planning to donate items for the walkers should notify Clyde's Hope on the registration form. Clyde's Hope must receive these items no later than April 15, 2009.
- Sponsors planning to have activities for the children should notify Clyde's Hope on the regisration form.

hospice need to know
Hospice is not about death. Hospice is about making the best of the life that is left. Consider bringing a blessing into your own life by being a part of the final days of someone else’s life. Being able to provide for them what they cannot provide for themselves. This should be an honor as well as a blessing.
